Ceremony went well. They immigration officer was giving us information that we can petition our family back home- sister, brother and parents. Not a cosuins LOL...They show us how grateful to acquire a citizenship, yes I renounce my citizenship as a Filipino but then I decided to live here in the US. I just wanna vote and was called as a juror twice. Having a US citizen is an honor and priviledge. I can work in a Federal jobs now if I wanted to... hows that sound? I am thinking that I can not serve my country - Philippines because I am not residing there. Yes I will visit but then I am not performing my duty as a citizen. I did not vote for almost 7 years now. Many elections passed by.
